She hopes to help individuals develop a higher sense of self-awareness by exploring daily activities and thought processes that may contribute to their physical and mental dis-ease in hopes that this will assist them in becoming healthier, and to also help them to achieve higher levels of wellness through psychotherapy and integrative massage techniques and self-care to maintain great physical health.
Valerie and her husband, Nicholas, are parents of three sons; each in their own developmental stages...an adult, teenager, and toddler. Her unique family dynamic contributes to her ability to understand and resolve relational issues.
