Frank earned his Master of Arts degree in Community Agency Counseling at Oakland University in Rochester, MI. Frank also has a BA in Counseling Psychology from Rochester College in Rochester Hills, MI. For more than twenty years, Frank has been working in different capacities in the mental health field. Frank believes that mental health recovery, including behavioral transformation, and the healing of the soul starts with a strong spiritual foundation and putting faith into action.
Frank is committed to helping others achieve overall health and wellness and is willing to travel along with his clients through their journeys to better places. He enjoys working with individuals who struggle with a variety of issues including addictive disorders, grief, trauma, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. He exhibits an authentic, caring, respectful, transparent, and unconditional positive regard for his clients. Frank believes with God, and the work of the Holy Spirit, we can overcome our hurts, and be restored to mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
Frank is transparent about his own struggles in his life. With bouts of clinical depression, anxiety, and addictive behavior in the past, he has done a lot of work on his own healing. His testimony, along with committing his life to Christ, has been instrumental in his recovery and continued growth. He believes going through these challenges is instrumental in helping others work through similar struggles by utilizing empathic reflective listening and evidence-based counseling models. Frank is a full-time resident of Fountain Hills, where he and his two four-legged family members reside.
