Christina is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families build healthy relationships, navigate life’s transitions, and grow into the people they were created to be.
Christina has a special interest in helping clients navigate communication difficulties, relationship distress, parenting challenges, family conflict, trust and intimacy concerns, and the impact of past experiences on present relationships. She believes unresolved pain can affect our relationships with ourselves, others, and God. She strives to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can be honest and begin healing.
For clients who desire it, Christina incorporates a Christian, faith-based perspective into counseling. Her faith is central to how she understands healing, hope, relationships, and personal growth.
Christina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University.
Outside of counseling, Christina enjoys spending time reading, long walks, volunteering and time with her daughter and soon to be son-in-law. Also, she is dedicated to her dog named Addie, that is being trained to provide comfort and support and may one day be joining Christina in the counseling office!
