He believes that achieving wholeness begins with a strong spiritual foundation, paired with a commitment to physical health.

Jason is highly driven and, to date, has completed 14 Ironman triathlons. He has also completed 8 marathons including three Boston Marathon finishes and has recently shifted his focus toward ultra-distance running.

He enjoys working with individuals facing a variety of concerns, including addictive disorders, grief, trauma, ADHD, depression, and anxiety.

Jason has extensive experience working with adolescents through his time as a high school wrestling coach and as a leader in sports ministries. He values being genuine, respectful, transparent, and thoughtful in his approach. He believes that people are created with deeply resilient spirits, capable of experiencing full restorative healing.

Jason’s life has been profoundly shaped by his own journey through personal struggles, including addiction and the process of healing. He uses his story of redemption to guide, support, and encourage others in their own journeys.

Jason resides in Gilbert with his wife, Grace, and their two children, Jacob and Hannah.
