A native Arizonan, Kelly received her Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Ottawa University in 2006, with a focus on marriage and family systems therapy. Motivated by her personal experience of raising a son with profound challenges, Kelly founded Resilient Relationships, LLC which promoted and facilitated workshops for couples who have children with special healthcare needs. She joined the practice at Professional Counseling Associates in 2015.

Kelly provides individual and marriage counseling, utilizing family systems, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and faith-based approaches for issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and addictions. Kelly specializes in marriage counseling, treating issues such as communication challenges, emotional and physical intimacy, infidelity, and individual and relationship challenges effected by raising a child with healthcare issues or disabilities. She also provides individual and marriage counseling for First Responders, having personal experience being married to a Firefighter. Kelly works out of the Scottsdale office location.

Kelly and her husband Ray have been married since 1986 and have two sons and two grandchildren.
